Navigation Lesson : Using Help

1.      Berikan gambaran bentuk Help dalam SAP system

-Untuk membantu pengguna SAP sistem utk melakukan pencarian definisi dengan menggunakan F1 dan F4 untuk membantu memilih alternatif jawab

-klik on Help icon at standard toolbar

-Application help , SAP library, glossary, release notes, SAPnet, feedback, settings, F1, F4

1.      Application help : displays comprehensive help for the current application

2.      SAP library : all online documentation can be found here

3.      Glossary : you can search for definitions of terms in glossary

4.      Release notes : this displays notes that describe functional changes thet occur between SAP sytem releases

5.      SAPNet :

6.      Feedback : enables you to send a massage to the SAPNet front-end, the SAPservice system

7.      Setting : enable you to select setting for help

5.      Penjelasan F1, F4

1.      F1 : use F1 help on field , menus, fucntion, and massage. F1 help also provides technical information an the relevant field, icluding, for example, the parameter ID which you can use to assing values to field for your user

2.      F4 : use F$ for information about waht values can be entered, you can access F4 help for sellected field using the button immediately to the right of that field, if input field are marked with a smal check mark icon, then you can only continue in that application by entering a primitted value
